Bleaching Shirts

Another popular trend now is wearing bleached shirts. I did some research on the process of bleaching a shirt and stumbled on a video that gives direction on the steps to take to bleach a shirt that you own in your closet; Check out the video in this post; the guy in the video is kind of goofy but he gives good information on how to bleach shirts in a cool way.

Fashion Icons

I decided to go back in history to find out which people inspired certain looks we see today and here's a short list of what I've come across:

Legendary model Twiggy was the popular face and trendsetter starting during the mid 60s. Twiggy was known for her lashes and inspiring the look of mod with her small frame.

Grace Jones model actress and singer was popular in the 80s. She inspired women dressing in masculine clothing and very edgy looks.  Grace was very noted for the huge range of hats she rocked.

Michael Jackson, the pop star, inspired many trends beginning in the 80s such as leather pants, leather jackets, penny loafers, vibrant jackets, aviator shades, and fingerless gloves.

Madonna also was a big trendsetter starting in the 80s. She inspired leggings, religious jewelry, and the trend of wearing many bracelets on one arm.
